The free 2-day festival has grown to become one of the most popular annual events on the East Yorkshire coast and 2025 is it’s 10th year anniversary.
Some of the world’s largest inflatable kites will take to the skies above the dramatic cliffs of the East Yorkshire coast to mark the 10th anniversary of Bridlington Kite Festival.
From enormous flying frogs to sky-high snakes, large leaping lizards to a whopping whale and huge cute teddy bears, dozens of exotic inflatables will add a splash of colour to the cliff tops above the popular seaside resort of Bridlington.
Year on year a number of internationally renowned kite experts return to provide spectacular kite displays for thousands of spectators over the weekend.
There will be professional demonstrations and visitors can have a go with kites available for loan during supervised sessions. There will also be the popular parachuting teddy bear drop sessions.
Alongside the kites there will be food, drink and charity stalls, fairground rides and children’s entertainment – making it an action packed, fun filled, free festival for all the family.
